A PROLIFIC offender has been jailed after kissing a terrified student while robbing her in a street.

Gary Rickard mugged the 20-year-old as she was walking along Union Road, on the border of Pennsylvania and St James in Exeter, threatening to "punch your face in" before pushing her into a wall.
